By using this website, you agree to these terms. Formal engineering services are governed by separate written proposals, statements of work, or master agreements signed by both parties.
Acceptable use
You may browse and contact us through this site for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk without permission, or introduce malware or harmful code.
Content and IP
Text, branding, layout, and imagery on this site are owned by Production Ready Engineering or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site materials for commercial use without written permission. Client CAD, drawings, and deliverables are addressed in individual contracts; absent a written assignment, client-owned input remains with the client and our deliverables are licensed as agreed in the engagement documents.
Disclaimers
This site describes capabilities in general terms. It does not create a professional-client relationship until we agree on scope in writing. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties arising from site use.
Limitation of liability
For website use only (not for paid services covered by a contract), our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise.
