Our story
Production Ready Engineering grew out of a simple observation we kept seeing in the field: great product ideas were getting stuck between design files and the first good parts off the machine. Founders were moving fast; shops were capable—but the handoff was where momentum died.
We built this practice to close that gap. From our base in Tennessee, we work with hardware teams and fabricators across the country, translating intent into production-ready documentation: machine-aware models, clean flat patterns, standardized BOMs, and assembly guidance that reduces rework and RFIs.
Today, every engagement we take on is grounded in the same commitment: less friction at the handoff, faster time to cutting, and designs that respect both your COGS and your fabricator's floor time.
