Information we collect
We may receive business contact details (such as name, company, email, and phone), project descriptions, engineering files, and related correspondence when you email us, book a call, or engage us for services. We also collect ordinary server and analytics data that browsers send automatically, such as IP address, device type, and general location, consistent with how you access the site.
How we use information
We use contact and project information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver work, invoice and administer contracts, and maintain records of our relationship. Aggregated site analytics help us understand traffic and improve content. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your CAD files for purposes unrelated to the engagement unless you agree otherwise in writing.
Sharing and retention
We share information only as needed to operate: with infrastructure vendors under contract (for example, email and hosting) and with professional advisors when required. We retain project materials as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, and legitimate business record-keeping, then delete or archive them according to internal policy.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of routine contact records by emailing us. Engineering deliverables may be subject to contractual or archival requirements; we will explain any limits when you ask.
